How Did it Begin?

After being diagnosed with Celiac Disease and Lupus, my doctor headed me in the direction of eating healthy, exercise and supplements. He told me that the western medical way of treating my illness would do me more harm than good, thus Cowboy Free Range Meat was born.

The grocery store was no longer an option for me, except the produce and fresh meat departments. I needed products I could eat 4 to 5 times a day. Under a Nutritionists care I became very aware of the importance of organic and natural foods. Bison/Buffalo and Elk meat have no steroids, hormones, antibiotics, pesticides, herbicides or other synthetic foods or additives.

In this day and age of ADD, HDD and every other D syndrome we must stop and ask ourselves why? Autoimmune disease is out of control. Could it be our bodies are so full of synthetic antibiotics that our system doesn't know if we have an illness? Does our immune system keep working killing good when it can't find anything sick in our system?

When given access through resources and education, I realized just how healthy it is to make wise choices. Now, through my business, I have been given the opportunity to share this with others. Cowboy Free Range Meats have no fillers, MSG, NITRITE or WHEAT added. Here's a good rule of thumb - "if you can't read it don't eat it."!

I feel very fortunate to be in a position to help others, In a world of fast food and factory farming, I am able to offer quality, healthy meat.
